Description: Nest of a Cape weaver at Bergview, Harrismith, Free State, built by the male, as is usual in the bird family Ploceidae. The nest is built in a Deodar cedar of which the twigs leading to the nest are stripped of needles, while the longer needles of a nearby Loblolly pine are used for nest construction.
