Description: The Pennsylvania State Capitol was designed in 1902, in a Beaux-Arts style with Renaissance themes throughout. It is located in downtown Harrisburg. The entrance is flanked by two sculptures, entitled Love and Labor: The Unbroken Law and The Burden of Life: The Broken Law. Both were sculpted out of Carrara marble by George Grey Barnard in 1909.
