Description: Canóvanas, Puerto Rico, April 20, 2018 - Survivors of Cambalache observe the new bridge that has been built in their community. The previous bridge collapsed from flooding due to Hurricane María. Thanks to the efforts of FEMA, the Puerto Rico Government, and the Federal Highway Administration, hundreds of families will benefit and return to normalcy, by having access to the other side of the town.
