Description: The patient was a 15-year-old male with osteogenesis imperfecta who had been followed for some years because of fractures. The patient was first seen at age 30 months. He had a fracture of the right tibia at age 18 months without trauma. At 30 months he had a new fracture of the right tibia and a fracture of the left finger from a fall from a bicycle. The sclerae was noted to be blue.
