Description: Coat of arms for Henry Norris, 1st Baron Norris of Rycote, Bodleian Library, Oxford: Quarterly argent and gules, in the second and third quarters a fret or over all a fess azure (Burke, Sir Bernard, The General Armory, London, 1884, p.738 "Norris of Wychingham, Norfolk"). These appear to be a differenced version of the arms of Despencer. Norris quartered the arms of Ravenscroft, Merbrook, De Vere (after 1526), De Bolbec, De Sanford, De Badlesmere, Sergeaux, De Arundel, Lovell, Deincourt, Grey, Holland, Fiennes (after 1594), Dacre, De Multon, Bowet, Ufford, FitzHugh, Williams, Iestyn ap Gwrgant, Moore and Bledlow.
