Description: The screw frigate Nevada (formerly named Neshaminy and Arizona) at New London Naval Station, Groton, Connecticut, ca. 1871-1873. Built for service with the US Navy in the American Civil War, Nevada was never completed and never commissioned. She was sold for scrap in 1874. Image is from a stereograph.
