Description: After visiting the salt mines in Nemocon, we headed to Guatavita to take a short hike to the lagoon. It was raining a bit, with patches of sun, and this beautiful rainbow appeared. We almot had a double rainbow, but it didn't quite make it. Thanks to my friend Hector for holding the umbrella. ISO 100, 11mm, f7.1, 1/200. Processed in Adobe Camera Raw. I processed the photo 2 times, once exposed for the clouds and once for the landscape, and then blended the results in photoshop with a gradient mask. I thn darkened the top left of the sky further. Imagenomic Noiseware noise reduction, Nik Color Efex Foliage filter to bring out the greens, and 10% tonal contrast. Dodging and burning to brighten the far end of the sky, darken the mountains, brighten the spots lit by the sun and darken the darker trees under the rainbow.
