Description: Smaller Shrine. Temple 3, Nalanda Miniature shrines and stupas decorate the east face of the northeast corner, although "miniature" in this case means "taller than a person." These decorations are only small when compared with the great extent of the temple itself. There are similar decorations on the north face of this corner, and also on the southeast corner.
