Description: This image was taken at the Minarets observation site (Minaret Summit). Most of the Minarets (peaks) have been informally named. Clyde Minaret is the largest and tallest. Michael Minaret is where Norman Clyde found the body of Walter "Pete" Starr in 1933 and it is just to the left of Clyde Minaret. Eichorn Minaret is just to the right of Clyde Minaret. Jules Eichorn was Clyde's most frequent climbing companion.
