Description: McGraw-Kittenger-Case Building, on the former "film row", 2nd Avenue, Belltown, Seattle, Washington. The building was MGM's office in Seattle until about 1980, the last film company office on film row. Behind it, at left, is the former William Tell Hotel. It was low-income housing at the time of this photo; as of 2008 it is empty and up for sale.
