Description: The Madison Belmont building at 181 Madison Avenue on the corner of East 34th Street in the Murray Hill neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City was built in 1924-25 and was designed by the firm of Warren & Wetmore in the neo-Renaissance style combined with aspects of modern design. The ironwork is by Edgar Brandt. The building was designated a NYC landmark on Septemeber 20, 2011. (Source: Designation report)
