Description: Callaloo as served in a Caribbean restaurant in Hamburg/Germany. Compared to the "original" Trinidadian callaloo (if there is an "original" one, lots of variations...) it is more souplike and contains a lot of coconut milk. The "original" is thicker and of a dark green, spinach-like colour.
