Description: Liquid nitrogen storage facility at the School of Chemistry, The University of Sydney, New South Wales (NSW), Australia. Nitrogen is flowing into the metallic tank/dewar, and a bluish exhaust jet can be seen to the left, which is used to release the pressure of any evaporating nitrogen. The pipes near the main tank, through which the cold nitrogen passes, have accumulated ice by condensation and freezing of atmospheric water.
