Description: The Lincoln Depot Museum at 41 Water Street in Peekskill, New York commemorates a speech made by Abraham Lincoln during his train trip to Washington D.C. after being elected President, the only speech he is known to have made in Westchester County. The museum opened on October 18, 2014, and is housed in the Peekskill Freight Depot, built c.1890 by the New York Central Railroad.
