Description: Lawrence Tingook "Larry" Davis (1930–2006) was an American reindeer herder and politician. Davis lived most of his life in the Alaskan communities of Deering and Nome and was actively involved in reindeer herding out of Nome from 1967 until his death. He served a single term as a Democratic member of the Alaska House of Representatives from 1975 to 1977.
