Description: Klauber and Levi, San Diego's oldest business enterprise dating from 1869, were wholesale grocers and operated as the sole tenant of the building until 1903, although Wangenheim replaced Levi. The partnership lasted until 1929. Hollywood investors including Ron Howard briefly owned the building in the 1980s. The structure is now known as the Broker's Building.
