Description: Khua ho (Thai script: คั่วห่อ) is a Northern Thai, dry stir-fried dish of glass noodles and leftovers of other dishes. Unlike kaeng ho, this dish will not contain any curry dishes. It was traditionally served at the end of a ceremony or festival. It is served here with pork rinds.
