Description: Handmade Carinthian noodles (filled dumplings) in the size typical for the Carinthian Nockberge here as an exhibition object in the Türgg-Haus, a mountain farm from Laufenberg on the northern side of the Millstätter Alpe near Kaning, Radenthein municipality in Carinthia / Austria / European Union. This pasta dish is usually served with melted butter (shown here at the bottom of the pot). This pasta was often served in simple clay pots and eaten together from this pot. This is indicated by the two forks.
