The normal red-melt contains the following bodies :— (1.) Arsenious and arsenic acids. (2.) Afai/enta bases r pararosaniline, rosanilinc, roso-toluidine. (3.) Phnsphitie bases: chrysaniline, ehrysotoluidinc. (4.) Indulines : violaniline, mauvaniline. (5.) JJroirn co/ouruig matters, (6.) Ilumus-likc substances of unknown constitution.
