Description: Gatehouse or barn of the Joseph Chandler House on the NRHP since April 13, 1983. At 5826 Kennett Pike, best accessed by the PUBLIC roadway Chandler Lane, in Centreville, Delaware. The man who represented himself as the owner of the house was one of the biggest jerks I've met in a very long time, threatening to call the police to arrest me for being on Chandler Lane, after I asked his permission to photograph the house.
