Description: Hlinsko in Bohemia is the name of the railway station on line 238 Pardubice – Havlíčkův Brod in the Czech Republic. The railway station is located in the cadastral area of Hlinsko in the Chrudim district belonging to the Pardubice Region. The railway line was built in 1871 when the Czech lands were part of Austria-Hungary. In 2015, the railway line and railway station was upgraded, equipped with new security equipment, information technology, and new passenger platforms. Personal transport is provided by national rail company the Czech Railways.
