Description: Built in 1932, and perched just outside the North Cascades National Park in northern Washington State, the Hidden Lake Lookout was used until decommissioned by the Forest Service sometime around 1953, and has now stood as a historic monument longer than it served its original function as a fire lookout. In 1987, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places.
