Description: Royal Navy´s HMS Exmouth leaving the port of Bilbao. Aboard leaders and members of the Basque Nationalist Party (EAJ-PNV) were taken to exile to escape prosecution from Franco´s fascist troops. Doroteo Ziaurriz, president of EAJ-PNV was one of the rescued ones.
