Description: H000087 Neck or hair ornament (lei) of red feathers from the iiwi (honeyeater bird). The feathers are mounted on a core of bark fibre from the olona rain forest shrub. Collected from the Hawaiian Islands on Cook's third voyage to the Pacific, 1778.
