Description: We drove an hour out of Reykjavík to see what the eruption of the Grimsvötn volcano looked like. In the end we couldn't catch even a glimpse of the volcano because of the huge ash cloud covering the south of Iceland. Everything was brown — including us by the end of it, blinking out dirt with our skin dry and gritty. We took a video of the ash cloud too.
