Description: These buildings were originally Albert Freeland's Grocery Store and the Grand Bay State Bank. Both buildings are part of the Grand Bay Historic District Renovation project. The Grand Bay State Bank is being renovated for a Public Library and Museum. The Albert Freeland Grocery Store will become a Visitor's Center and Country Store featuring local crafts and produce. The redevelopment of the Grand Bay Historic District is a project of Citizens For A Better Grand Bay, a non-profit civic organization. More information can be discovered about this and other project at www.grandbay.org and friendsofgbl.org.
