Description: Since the end of the 19th Century pastrys has been eaten to comemorate the Death of 17th Century king Gustav II Adolf. There have never been a standardized reciepe. Picturedpastry is the result of a competition initiated by supporters to The Royal Armoury , Gastronomiska akademin and the radio show Meny. It has not become popular.
