Description: A Chinese Eastern Zhou Dynasty bronze ding vessel, a ritual food container, 7th to 6th century BC. The smale scale motif decorations incised into this bronze vessel are reminiscent of the broad ribbon-like bands of dragons on vessels dating to the 8th century BC.
