Description: Elm Street Court on the NRHP since June 15, 2000. At 1-8 Elm Street Court (aka Buena Vista Court), between Elm Street and Springfield Ave. (just east of Glenn Poor's TV Repair), Urbana, Champaign County, Illinois. Built 1920s in a "Southwestern style" very rare in Illinois. The courtyard format may also be fairly interesting/rare in this setting.
