Description: Eklakhi Mausoleum at Pandua in Malda district is known as the mausoleum of Jalaluddin Muhammad Shah who was the son of Raja Ganesha. The monument is said to be inspired by the tomb of Sultan iltutmish (c 1236 AD), in New Delhi. The exterior of the building is strengthened by four octagonal towers at the corners and is opened by four doorways, one each in the middle of each side. The walls have several terracotta relief decoration on them.
