Description: Disused Quarry, Skid Hill Disused quarry at Skid Hill, 3 miles north of Haddington. This quarry was at one point used to quarry Whinstone and was proposed as a landfill site in 1994. Planning permission was refused and the site is now a popular spot for paintballers.
