Description: This is part of the front of the Deed of Conveyance which transferred Maresfield Recreation Ground to Maresfield Parish Council by Count Munster of Maresfield. It was originally gifted to Maresfield by the Pechells in 1897 but Count Munster legally transferred it in 1899 after inheriting Maresfield Park Estate from Hervey Pechell
