Description: Deciduous Fig, (Ficus superba var. henneana ) growing by the Pacific Highway, near the Manning River. Heavily in fruit. A remnant tree of lowland subtropical rainforest. This tree is an original, as it has a long bole. It is not a planted tree, as they have shorter trunks. The area near the Manning River, Australia was once a sub tropical rainforest. Now almost all that area is cleared for agriculture
