Description: The marble ablutions basin crafted in Cordoba (probably in Madinat al-Zahra) for Abd al-Malik al-Muzaffar, son of al-Mansur, between 1002 and 1007. It was later kept at the Ben Youssef Madrasa in Marrakesh for hundreds of years until being brought to the Dar Si Said Museum, where it remains today.
