Description: The Dr. Charles G. Crosse House in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, was built ca. 1864 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1993. Crosse was a physician who published the city's first successful newspaper, The Countryman, and helped establish the first Sun Prairie high school. He served as village president and as a Wisconsin state legislator.
