The relief - "Mail Delivery" (West -Cowboy - One of Four) is by Edmond Amateis from 1941, while he worked for the PWA (Progress Works Administration - i.e. the Feds) at U.S. Post Office and Court House. Made from Granite, 108 x 120 in. Owned by the Federal Government via the General Services Administration
