Description: Cotswold scarp at Horton. From the same spot as 1658421. Below runs the tree-lined lane from Horton Hill to Horton Court. The scarp becomes less steep below the lane, and the fields below (in ST7685 and, to the left, in ST7585) continue to slope gently away to the northwest as far as the Little Avon river. Bix and Oakfield Farms, on the extreme left, are also in ST7585. In the distance, about 11 kilometres away, Nibley Knoll juts out into the plain, with Wotton-Under-Edge to its right.
