Description: JC Penny's downtown location before Bellis Fair Mall. Also there was a Woolworths and a Bonanza 88 Cent store. In the next block where Rite Aid is today (2021) was Pay N Save. The same kind of store. Took this picture for a friend of mine's banner over Cornwall Avenue. Rebecca's Showcase Concert that was to be at WWU. Also notice old florescent tube streetlights.
