Description: Cool Spring Park Historic District on NRHP since December 27, 1983. Historic District is bounded by Park Pl., Jackson, Van Buren, and 10th Sts. (same as the park). The Cool Spring Reservoir was/is just north of the park, and with a new underground reservoir a new park was created there - I believe it is confusingly called "Cool Spring Reservoir Park", but this is the old park - with the camera located in the new one! in Wilmington, Delaware
