Description: Coat of arms of Southern Rhodesia from 1924–1953/1963–1965, Rhodesia from 1965–1979, Zimbabwe Rhodesia from 1979, Southern Rhodesia from 1979–1980 and Zimbabwe from 1980–1981. The Motto reads: "SIT NOMINE DIGNA" (Latin for "May she be worthy of the name"); the country was named after Cecil Rhodes.
