Description: Black beans, red beans, great northern beans, pinto beans, and blackeyed peas, one can of diced tomatoes and chiles with lime and cilantro, another with chipotle peppers, along with sirloin (beef) and sirloin pork chops cubed and browned with elephant garlic in bacon grease until caramelized, onions added last so they were still crunchy, and Tabasco-brand chile sauce. Added half of the meat early to soften, threw the other half on top of each bowl, to stay crispy. Crumbled cheddar and monterey jack cheese.
