Description: From the Naval Helicopter Historical Society Collection - The fury of Hurricane Janet left Chetumal, Mexico 90% demolished when it swept through that city. This photo was taken on Friday, September 30, 1955 by a navy P5M Marlin from Coco Solo, Canal Zone, which took relief mexical supplies, food and doctors to the devstatee area. Hurricane Janet's eye passed just a few miles south of Chetumal during the night.
