Description: Stained glass chapel panel, originally designed by William Burges (2 December 1827 – 20 April 1881). Caerleon is commonly believed to be one of the earliest Metropolitan Sees in the Province of Britannia, and is where Dubricius is said to have given the See of Caerleon to Saint David.
