Description: The fishponds near the source of the Lancashire Calder at Cliviger near Burnley are possibly over 200 years old, dating from T D Whitaker's time at the Holme. In the 1840's a third pond was located upstream of the surviving two, which where restored in 1990 by a private angling club.
