Description: CORNWALL APARTMENTS 921 E. 13th Ave. National Register 10/8/1976, 5DV.183 Denver architect Walter Rice designed the 1901 Cornwall in a style reminiscent of Italian Renaissance architecture. The owner of the building, William T. Cornwall, was an executive of the Denver Fire Clay Company and a local real estate developer.
