Description: Codfish fritters. These fritters are very typical in most of all mediterranian régions and in particular in the Catalan Countries (Catalonia, València and Balearic Islands). They are small balls made of cod, eggs, milk and flour; aromatised with fresh garlic and fresh parsley; fried in olive oil and served as "tapas" or for example, with a salad, as a dish.
