Description: Second cottage of German architect Bruno Ahrends (1878–1948) in Zehlendorf near Berlin. It was built between 1921 and 1925 and had a direct access to Großer Wannsee. The estate was in the property of his father, the banker Barthold Arons (1850–1933) who lived in Villa Arons in the neighbourship. He was an enthusiastic yachtsman.
