Description: Front (southwestern) side of the Bourbon Iron Works, an early iron furnace located along Kentucky Route 36 2.6 miles south of Owingsville in Bath County, Kentucky, United States. The oldest such furnace in the state, it was built in 1791 and today is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
