Description: Castle Rock in Tombstone Canyon is Bisbee’s original landmark. Jack Dunn was filling the canteens of soldiers’ on a summer day in 1877, on the twin granite monoliths, when he discovered copper ore and recorded the first mining claim in what in the near future was to be known as the town of Bisbee.
