Description: Key of the fortress of la Bastille and gueridon table given by Barack Obama to François Hollande during the state visit from 10 to 12 February 2014. Shown in the palais de l'Élysée (Paris, France) during the European Heritage Days 2014. The key is a replica of the one given by la Fayette to Georges Washington as symbol of freedom. The guéridon table was made with the wood of a 235 years old oak planted during presidency of Georges Washington.
